The 2026 Nissan GT-R NISMO, nicknamed Godzilla, remains a benchmark in the world of accessible supercars. Its VR38DETT 3.8L V6 twin-turbo engine produces 600 hp and 652 Nm of torque, managed by the famous GR6 dual-clutch transmission and the ATTESA E-TS system that sends torque to the rear axle. It accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 2.7 seconds and reaches 330 km/h. The chassis is reinforced with carbon fiber, the brakes are carbon-ceramic and the aerodynamics generate real downforce. The interior, although less luxurious than European rivals, is functional and sporty with Recaro seats and Nissan Connect. It is a visceral, fast car with a huge fan community. Its greatest virtue is the performance-per-dollar ratio; its biggest flaw, the aging R35 platform.
